2.2 The safety guards of the equipment must be kept in good condition.

2.4 The cover and guardrail of the pump pool must be firm and in good condition.

2.5 When dredging the pipeline, people should stand sideways to avoid liquid splashing on the human body.

2.6 When cleaning the pump pool, stop the machine and take safety precautions, and send someone to supervise.

2.7 It is strictly forbidden to clean debris in the pool (tailing Sand Pump) while the pump is running.

2.8 Keep clean and unobstructed objects around the equipment, and remove oil, mud and debris in time.

2.9 Keep the floor clean and free of slurry or water.

2.10 Pay attention to personal safety when handling manual valves at high places.

2.11 In the case of slurry pump (back pump) operation, use emergency escape route to escape in case of emergency.

2.12 It is prohibited to cross the rotating equipment when checking and operating various pumps.

2.13 It is forbidden to clean the toilet at the rotating position while the pump is running.

2.14 When cleaning the drug pump, wear protective equipment according to its medicinal properties.

2.14 After the heavy-duty slurry pump stops working, it is necessary to flush the pipeline in time to prevent blockage and create conditions for the next drive.
