2, drive fluid supply system.

In each cylinder, set the cylinder diaphragm rod position detection probe, the use of the diaphragm connected to the rod movement of the magnet to trigger the drive fluid is normal.

When the probe detects the signal, send a message to the PLC system, the PLC control solenoid valve switch, and then control the pneumatic valve for oiling or oil discharge, so that the cylinder drive fluid in a normal state.

Drive fluid supply system can detect whether the drive fluid is normal, and then automatically realize the injection of oil discharge action to protect the normal operation of the cylinder, while protecting the diaphragm, to prevent membrane damage.

3, the role of the probe: real-time monitoring of the cylinder drive fluid is normal (lack of oil or over oil), trigger the probe through the magnetic ring.

(1) When the driving fluid in the cylinder is normal, the reciprocating motion of the magnetic ring on the rod moves in the interval as shown in Fig. 1.

(2) When the driving fluid in the cylinder is lack of oil, the reciprocating motion of the magnetic ring on the rod moves in the interval as shown in Fig. 2. During one cycle of the reciprocating motion of the rod, the magnetic ring moves once below the oil- Trigger the oil probe closed control to the cylinder oil, until the normal drive fluid stop oiling.

Coal slurry pump common faults:
