Chen Zheng, deputy director of the Inner Mongolia Energy Bureau, introduced that Inner Mongolia has a vast territory, unique energy and mineral resources, and the first coal reserves in China. In 2022, Inner Mongolia will produce 1.22 billion tons of coal, 646.5 billion KWH of electricity, 950 million tons of guaranteed coal supply, 264 billion KWH of exported electricity, and 30.7 billion cubic meters of natural gas, fulfilling its role in building an important national energy and strategic resource base.

With the theme of "New Era of Energy, New Future of the World", the conference will invite the leaders of the organizers, officials of the International Energy Agency, leaders of the Global Wind Energy Council and leaders of the International Solar Energy Society to deliver speeches. Keynote speeches were arranged by guests from international organizations, new energy, new materials, leading enterprises and landing enterprises, the latest cutting-edge scientific and technological achievements were released, and enterprises were organized to sign contracts.

An exhibition on new energy and new materials, a forum on new energy and a forum on coal-based new materials will also be held at the conference.
