It's a Phosphate ore mine, the PH value of the slurry equals 1, so the Slurry Pump pumping the Utra-corrosive and high-abrasive medium, Weir used a special material to handle this slurry, the wet parts could be last about 3000 hours.
The following picture is shown the worn volute liner from Weir, Muyuan engineer design a special material for this situation, and our test pump used in a same location for over one year time (including six months without working), by now the pump is still running normally.
